Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan requires no payment details at all. The Team and Hotel trials are also card-free for 14 days.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What counts as an 'event'?
Any inquiry, booking, or event you log in the system — regardless of status. Completed and cancelled events still count toward your monthly total on the Free plan.
Is my data safe if I cancel?
Yes. You can export your events, diagrams, and guest data at any time. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing with a 2-month discount (10 months for the price of 12) is coming soon. Contact us if you'd like to discuss it now.
What's the Hotel plan's SLA?
Hotel plan customers receive a 99.9% uptime SLA with a 4-hour response window for critical issues and a 24-hour window for standard requests.
